Document Signed for an improvement in the Piano Forte. Accompanied by a one-page description of the invention: “...an entire and distinct frame of solid cast iron...” On verso is an endorsement signed by Isaiah Clark, transferring patent title to William Wiswell, D. Bloodget, and I. Cooper for $46, Cincinnati, May 26 1836. Document also signed by B. F. Butler as Attorney General. To Isaiah Clark, March 2, 1836. One page.
