Really wonderful detailed filigree, the pictures don't begin to do it justice. Dramatic and long, swingy pierced earrings have locking kidney wires. Pendant and earrings each measure 1-1/2" including the filigree portion above the camphor x 1/2" wide. The chain on the necklace is also 14K white gold and measures 18" in length. Kidney wires are marked "14K" on the edge, clasp of chain marked "14K" as well. I salvaged it from the St. Joseph Orphan Home Chapel in Superior, Wisconsin prior to its demolition in 2003. The main stem is projects down about 20 inches. It is in very good condition, with some small chips missing from removal activities. 18TH CENTURY TURKISH OTTOMAN DAGGER SWORD - Antiques, Arms, Armor Outstanding Turkish Khanjar with rare curved watered-steel double-edged blade damascened on both sides with calligraphy containing religious invocations and a reinforced tip. The steel scabbard and the hilt are also damascened with gold inlaid verses from the Holy Koran. Copper mounting of the scabbard and grip applied with raised settings of fluted almond-shaped corals and ranted turquoise. 17TH CENTURY SPANISH RELIGIOUS PAINTING - Antiques, Fine Art This, 17th century, Spanish painting represents Mary Magdalene holding a scull. Beside her is a container for oil. The painting is in good condition except for some cracks and chips in the paint. Over 200 years ago the painting was relined, both canvases are hand woven. Probably the painting was previously folded in half for transportation reasons, since there is a line in the middle. 18TH CENTURY RUSSIAN SILVER WINE BEAKER - Antiques, Antiques A Russian beaker with a typical Russian palace stamped with three marks. All three marks are worn out, although I was able to recognize one mark, the mark of the city of Moscow showing St. George on horse and a date below “1759” or “1769”. The beaker is hand made in “repousse” style, hand chiseled and hand engraved. It is in very good condition, except the base has some minor damage. 19TH CENTURY WELSH SLATE FIREPLACE - Antiques, Architectural We have a fabulous selection of 19th Century hand carved Welsh slate fireplaces. As slate was considered a poor man's material during the 19th Century, the fireplaces were often faux marbelized or wood grained. We leave the original finish if it is in good condition. If however, the condition of the faux paint is poor, we strip and polish using beeswax leaving a beautiful lustre. 1800-1900'S ANTIQUE SCROLLED STRETCHER - Antiques, Antiques This 19th Century Queen Anne Stretcher has a base back with scrolled crust rail.
